Got my iPad without 3G because I thought I'd buy MyFi external Hot-Spot gadget. Then found out about this. Was a little sceptical and afraid I'd kill my phone but everything went fine. Now my iPad has Internet where ever I go.
Suggestion: Was kind of hard to find the "Rockapp" in the Cydia-Store - that was the biggest hurdle to take. (Posted on 7/23/10)

This is by far my prized app. I don't hate ATT and I love most of my Apple stuff but I felt that paying an additional $25 (plus $10 for each extra gig) was too much for the iPad after I already pay $80 for connectivity of 3 phones and $50 for ATT Uverse at home. Problem solved! (Posted on 7/13/10)

Only problem I have is the speed, but that's the 3G coverage, not the app. Works excellant to connect my laptop and desktop system to the net. The $9.99 was totally worth it! (Posted on 7/9/10)

Currently running on my iPad 3G. Works well sometimes, but often doesn't close. Sometimes there are problems with a passcode working correctly, sometimes the passcode requirement isn't there at all. Essentially turns my encrypted network into a public one.

The hotspot for the iPhone is the best app and this alone worth the 3 min's to jailbreak your phone. I use this for my iPad Wi-Fi, netbook, and laptop all the time.

It is pure Convience with a captiol C.
